No, it didn&#039;t take more than an hour.  And most of that was mixing my dye colors.  I had put the fabric in to soak before lunch and got back to it a couple of hours later.  There&#039;s still a bunch of fabric left in the bucket.  According to the instructions at Fabric Dyeing 101, you can leave it there for months if you want, with no adverse effects.  But I plan to use it up long before that!  And yes, it WAS fun!</description>
